All fabrics and products purchased from The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store are shipped via USPS. The cost of shipping will be displayed on check-out. The customer is given the choice of shipping methods and will be shipped with the appropriate shipping method chosen. The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store charges are only for shipping and no handling fees are applied.
If incorrect shipping addresses are provided to The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store and items are returned to the fabric store, it will be the customers responsibility to update shipping information and pay for additional shipping costs. The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store will not edit customers shipping addresses unless directed by the customer. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We love our international customers but please be aware that shipping times can take 3-4 weeks to arrive to certain destinations, i.e. Australia, New Zealand, Japan. All orders include tracking information so please utilize your tracking information to obtain the most up-to-date shipping information. The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store receives the same tracking information as our customers. If packages are lost in transit a claim can be filed with the USPS. Unfortunately The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store will not issue new fabric/products free of charge to our customers due to lost items.
If you have received a fabric in error on the part of The Quilted Nursery Fabric Store we will ship the corrected product to the customer free of charge.
